turning station

Used in CNC turning or milling , a turning station allows the machining of parts on both sides without operator intervention.

After a first machining operation, the robot can drop and take back the parts in order to perform the machining on the second side . In this way, the parts are completely finished at the cell outlet and this without manipulation by the operators.

Thanks to our software, these turning operations are done in hidden time in order to maximize the machine spindle time.
